Why Fixwise Digital exists
AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot change every few weeks. New features appear, buttons move, limits shift, and error messages pop up that the official help pages haven’t caught up with yet.
When you search for one of those errors, you usually end up scrolling through forum threads full of guesses. We write the answer we wished existed: the fix first, in plain English, tested on real devices.
How we test every fix
Every article on this site goes through the same four steps before it’s published, and again whenever the tool changes.
- Reproduce it. We trigger the problem ourselves so we know exactly what you’re seeing.
- Find the real cause. Not just a workaround, but why it happens, so you can avoid it next time.
- Test the fix everywhere. On the web, the desktop app and on phones, quickest fix first.
- Date it and re-check it. Each article shows when it was last verified, so you know it still works.
